Automation Components, LLC. (ACI) a DwyerOmega brand, targets same-day shipment for in-stock items on standard domestic USA orders entered before 3 pm EST (11am for Canadian destinations). Credit or export issues may prevent order processing. You will not be charged until the item is shipped.

Where is my tracking number?

Tracking #'s are available shortly after an order has been shipped. They can be found in the online account of the person who placed the order. Log in to workaci.com, select 'My Account', choose 'Order History', and the Tracking # is displayed next to the order.

What are ACI’s Shipping Rates?

We offer special UPS Flat rates, which apply to most online orders. If you select this option, you will only be charged for the product, shipping cost (one-time), and applicable tax (No Duty or tariff). All shipping charges to the continental USA or Canadian locations are flat-rate as follows, unless you provide us with your carrier account number when checking out:

What are ACI’s charges for overweight, oversized items?

Additional shipping charges may apply for overweight (over 75 lbs) or oversized items.

Can I use my company's shipping account?

If you have a freight account with DHL, UPS or FedEx, we offer multiple options to ship with any of these shipping companies and we'll bill your account directly. Just chose your preferred carrier and method and provide your account number in the appropriate field when checking out. If the shipping location is outside the USA., the charges may be higher as the order will ship from the USA, and the customs broker will likely collect duties/tax before allowing entry.

Does ACI ship internationally?

Yes. ACI reserves the right to cancel an order if export compliance rules prohibit the shipment to your destination.
