Team ACI Celebrates Milestones, Increases Employee Benefits, and Looks to the Future

Today we held our end-of-year company meeting and welcomed our entire team of over 200 members to the gathering. It was truly a special occasion, as we celebrated the hard work and dedication of our employees and looked ahead to the future with optimism. Troy Schwenn, the owner and president of ACI, took the time to recognize the anniversaries of our long-term employees and celebrate their milestones. He honored over 20 employees who have dedicated years of service to ACI, including two who’ve been with the company for 25 years, and one for an incredible 30 years!

Troy also shared exciting news with the team, announcing an increase in employee benefits, new investments in manufacturing, facility expansion, and continued company growth. We have plenty of reasons to celebrate and look forward to the future!

According to a recent report by the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the total number of people employed in the US was over 157 million in 2020, and the number is expected to reach a record high in 2021. However, many other companies are facing difficult times and have had to make the decision to temporarily or permanently lay off employees due to the economic struggles brought on by the pandemic. We are proud to be part of the positive trend, and look forward to the continued success of Team ACI.
