ACI/DBL Series

Product Description

The ACI/DBL Series Differential Pressure Switches are adjustable vacuum, pressure and differential pressure switches designed for both HVAC and Energy Management Applications.  These pressure switches can be used to sense either positive or differential air pressures. 

These pressure switches are compact and easy to install, since they have an internal, linearly scaled setpoint knob with an adjustable switching differential.  These units will save installation time and money due to the ease of  the calibration and adjustment procedures.  A manometer is not necessary but can be used to verify the overall operation of the switches.  Some of the most common applications for the ACI/DBL Series pressure switches are:

  • Air Pressure Control
  • Monitoring Ducts
  • Fan and Filter Monitoring

The ACI/DBL Series Pressure Switches are available in ranges from 0.08 to 0.8” w.c. all the way up to 2.0 to 10.0” w.c..  These units will automatically reset and have field adjustable setpoints and switching differentials.  Each unit contains (1) SPDT contact rated for 250 VAC @ 1.5 Amps.  All wiring connections are to be made with spade connectors and a maximum wire size of 16 AWG.  The DBL Series pressure switches contain a 1/2” conduit connection and are mounted in a NEMA 4 transparent synthetic housing.
