Welcome to ACI’s shopping cart-based ordering system,

The only you need to get started is an account number and a password. Please contact your ACI Salesperson to receive one if needed, or email our general information email sales@workaci.com . Your address, email, and pricing will be entered into your account by ACI.

After logging in with your corresponding account number and password, you can navigate the web site in your typical fashion. The only thing different is that you will now see your account’s pricing and an “Add to Cart” button on each individual page. In addition, the site will remember past ordered items that you can bypass the product menu and simply add to cart. You will have access to past online orders and saved shipping addresses as well. You will receive emails updating you on order status, or you can also check “My Order History” for details on your order including tracking numbers and ship dates.

Some accounts have specialty/non-catalog items that are not available in our standard menu. You can request to have ACI add this to your specific menu. When you log in, you will be the only user that can see these items. (Some initial set up time will be required to accomplish this)

Things to remember when using the ACI shopping cart:

• Contact ACI to change or cancel any online orders.
• Pricing on the web site can differ slightly from your actual pricing.
• Contact ACI directly for any time sensitive orders.
• There is only one password per customer, therefore your account number and password can be shared with additional authorized purchasers within your company.
• Past items ordered through the web site can be accessed by clicking "My Account" under the "Ordering Information" tab.
